Uninsured Services
The provincial health care system, known as the Medical Services Plan (MSP), does not encompass all medical services that may be requested.
Outlined below are some of the services provided at our office that are not covered by MSP. A comprehensive list is available for review at our office. The associated fee for these services will be charged to the requesting party, which may be an insurance company, legal firm, or directly to the patient.
Disability Tax Certificates
Patients will need to contact the office to obtain a link to the questionnaire which should be completed prior to review by the physician.
Driver’s Medical
Patients are required to schedule an appointment with their physician. During the consultation, the physician will conduct an eye exam, take a detailed medical history, and perform an examination to assess the patient's fitness to drive.
Insurance Forms
Patients may be required to provide documentation to insurance companies. The price will be determined based on the complexity and time taken to complete the form.
Sundry Services
Documents such as Return to Work, extended benefit requests for medication or device coverage, there will be a chart transfer fee.
