Appointments
For all expected, routine, and follow-up appointments, please schedule in advance. Chronic disease follow-ups and complete exams require prior booking and cannot be accommodated within the shorter "same day" appointments.
For more urgent issues, we strive to offer "same day" or "fit in" appointments. These shorter appointments are not intended for chronic disease follow-ups, complex issues, or comprehensive physical exams. To check for availability, please call at 9:00 AM. Please note that these appointments may not always be with your regular physician.
To thoroughly and effectively address your concerns, we are often unable to manage multiple unrelated medical issues in a single visit. Please inform us of your primary concern at the start of your appointment so we can focus on addressing the most pressing issue. If you have additional unrelated concerns, kindly book separate appointments.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify our office in advance of your scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a billing charge for the missed visit.
If a patient fails to show for their appointment on a regular basis they will not be able to book in advance and will be required to call in and schedule a same-day appointment subject to physician availability.
Test Results
We do not typically notify patients about test results unless there are concerns or a need for further investigations. All other results will be reviewed during your next regularly scheduled appointment. If you wish to discuss your test results, please schedule an appointment with your doctor.
